Welcome to Evolutionary Journeys. We invite you to read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before applying to or attending any of our offerings. Participation in any Evolutionary Journey signifies your agreement to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

All applicants must be 21 years or older unless otherwise specified. Participation is subject to application approval and completion of any required intake or health forms. Evolutionary Journeys reserves the right to decline any application in alignment with safety, energetic integrity, and journey fit.

2. Payment Terms

To confirm your place, a deposit is required upon registration. The amount of deposit will vary by journey and will be shared with the participant on the Evolutionary Journeys Retreat Guru registration page. Full payment is due by the date specified in your acceptance email, which will be sent after your registration details have been reviewed by our team. We accept payments for the deposit and remaining balance payments via credit card on the Retreat Guru platform or via ACH/wire transfers to the U.S. bank account of Evolutionary Journeys.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Participant:

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations made 180+ days before the start date are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit), minus a 10% admin fee.
• Cancellations made 90-180 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 90 days before the start date are non-refundable.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, health emergencies, and retreat costs.

Cancellations by Evolutionary Journeys:

If after registering on the Evolutionary Journeys Retreat Guru website, we determine that a voyager (participant) is not a good fit for the specific journey, we will refund 100% of the deposit or full payment that has been paid upon registration.

If we must cancel an entire retreat for any reason (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest, illness of lead facilitator), we will offer:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your payment to a future journey.

We are not responsible for costs related to airfare, transport, or accommodation outside of the retreat dates.

4. Health & Medical Disclosure

By attending, you confirm you are in stable physical and emotional health. A medical intake form and disclosure of medications or conditions may be required, especially for retreats involving plant medicine. We reserve the right to consult with medical advisors and decline participation if necessary.

You agree to take full responsibility for your health during the retreat and to communicate promptly with our facilitators if any physical, emotional, or spiritual challenges arise.

5. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual experiences that may arise during deep healing work. By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for these experiences and waive any liability of Evolutionary Journeys, its facilitators, partners, or venues.

6. Code of Conduct

Respect is fundamental. You agree to honor shared agreements, maintain confidentiality, and uphold the sacred nature of the container. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward the Evolutionary Journeys team, partners, or other participants may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All journey content—whether verbal, written, visual, or ceremonial—is the intellectual and energetic property of Evolutionary Journeys and its collaborators. No material may be copied, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal or medical information you share will be held in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of ensuring your safety and alignment with the journey.

9. Media Release (Optional)

You may be invited to share photos, video, or testimonials. This is always optional and will be done only with your full consent.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador and/or the country in which the retreat/journey is hosted. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these local jurisdictions.
